A bold new chapter. And a sofa unlike any other.
Cargo is Mizetto’s first-ever modular sofa. A project that marks a major step into a new product segment we’ve been eager to explore for years. As designers, we’ve always been drawn to the in-between spaces, the zones that don’t follow conventional rules. Cargo was our chance to rethink what a sofa could be. Not just a piece of furniture, but a tool for shaping space. A structure that invites movement, connection, and change.
Each element is carefully crafted for longevity, adaptability, and visual impact. The seat is molded in four separate parts to minimize tooling, and each part is easily detachable thanks to a design that uses no glue. The split lines? They’re deliberately hidden beneath the strap details, a moment where function and form align perfectly, turning a technical solution into a defining visual gesture.
We like to think of Cargo as more than a piece of furniture. It’s a tool for creating space in a room. A visual building block that can grow, move, and evolve over time.
