To celebrate the new ownership of the gastronomy restaurant and hotell Borgholm we got the great task to materialize this in to a book. A book that would honor their 50 year history and the importance in Swedish gastronomy through out the years.

As product designers we always have the user/reader in focus. Thereby we put a lot of time to think about the feel and experience of the book. How can you as a reader get the physical feeling of the hotel by holding and reading the book. So we tried to keep the look as raw and honest as possible to reflect the core values of the hotel.
